This Dodge Monaco is giving me some serious 70’s flashbacks. It feels like the entire Brady family is ready to jump in for a Grand Canyon excursion and we know that means Jan is going to be a pain in the ass the whole trip! Well, a quick internet search shows that the Brady family were a Mopar wagon family so my suspicions are confirmed. Flashbacks aside this is one nice Monaco. With only 2,500 of these made, this is a rare one and it looks to be in great shape. Located in Colorado and listed on Ebay the bidding was at $7,995 with the reserve met at the time of this posting.

The seller says it’s a low optioned car but it does come equipped with AM/FM, cruise control, 400 big block and the must have wood grain package which is one of the more unusual treatments we’ve seen. The seller added the Road Wheels which fit right in but the original steels and hubcaps are included as well.
There was some typical rust in the dog legs reported that was repaired and a a high end respray from the wood grain down was competed. We really don’t get to see the dark green interior too much but the seller says it’s in great shape with some fading in the headliner.
New tires, muffler and brakes all round are on the car and it is said to run and drive well. A few drips can bee seen when the car sits for time but for now they’re not much of an issue.

Wonderful this Car!
